A handmade Chinese silver cloisonné locket suspended from a long articulated chain, the links formed as alternating barrel-shaped elements joined by small circular loops. The barrels are decorated in polychrome cloisonné enamels, featuring stylised flower petals against fine wirework typical of late 20th-century production.
The central locket, decorated on both sides in matching cloisonné decoration, opens to reveal a compartment for a personal memento. The silver is likely of export standard, consistent with Chinese cloisonné jewellery made after the 1970s, when traditional techniques were revived for the international market.
Condition:In excellent preloved condition, with minimal signs of wear. No dents or deep scratches to silver or enamel. Normal minor imperfections commensurate with hand making techniques.
