An Art Deco deep-stepped thick pottery bowl by SPODE, part of their Velamour range introduced in 1932. Depicting stylised eagles in relief around the circumference, this bowl was probably produced post 1947 when Velamour came back into production after a halt during the second world war. It's smooth, creamy finish is tactile, and adapts well into any modern decor today.
Measurements: 23cm diameter x 16cm high.
Condition: Great overall condition. No chips, cracks or restoration. Some light yellow stains present to the interior commensurate with use, and small-sized crazing throughout.
