A Medieval Bronze Buckle & Plate, circa 1300 - 1400 AD.
The rectangular plate features rivets which would have attached the buckle to a leather belt. The plate with an attached oval loop. This beautiful relic showcases a rich green patination and light earthly encrustations on the bronze, testament to the objects’ prolonged burial underground prior to excavation.
