At the age of 10, Angelo Rossi began his career in Murano, Italy and was taught by his family who had a long history in glassmaking. He eventually moved to Niagara Falls, Canada with family and opened up his own glass studio where he became a sensation. He went on to become one of Canada's most prolific coloured-glass masters and was often commissioned by notable clients, including Elton John. On offer we have a stunning "Mauve" vase of elongated form from his "Amethyst" Series and it's truly mesmerising in person.
