Collection of Medieval Bronze buckles, circa 1300 - 1500.
A group comprising 5 cast bronze double-loop belt buckles without pins. Largest buckle measuring 4cm x 3.5cm. These beautiful relics showcase a rich green patination and light earthly encrustations on the bronze, testament to the objects’ prolonged burial underground prior to excavation.
