A matching pair of beautifully turned natural marble and brass candlesticks, made in France c1890-1900.
Measurements:24cm high.
Condition:Great overall condition with minor roughnss around interior rim of the marble around the feet. A hot tear or hot crack to the rim of one sconce: these cracks occur when the metal cools and contracts unevenly, creating stresses that the solidifying brass cannot withstand, however, it's structurally solid.
