A fine framed pair of watercolour miniature portraits on card, each with elaborate embossed borders. The first depicts Elizabeth Mary Grosvenor, Marchioness of Westminster (1797–1891), after the celebrated 1818 portrait by Sir Thomas Lawrence; the second portrays a young boy wearing a light-coloured hat and jacket. Both appear unsigned to the front; the works have not been removed from their frames for examination of the versos. Mounted in matched gold gilt frames behind glass.

Condition: Both artworks and frames are in excellent condition with no evident damage or restoration.
